When a New Customer creates an account and the add a "space" or "gap" in their Post Code (e.g. 80232 1950 or K4S 34S) while creating a new account this gives them an option at Check Out to ship via UPS at $0.00. Probably because UPS does not recognize spaces. If I update their address book to 80232-1950 or K4S-34S (with a "dash") then it's all good! Has anyone experienced this?
