krgkrgkrg
This whole progam is new to me. I have uploaded my ITEMS.TXT file created from QB. Most of my items are assemblies from ingredients. I created my products this way so that I could keep a running inventory of all my ingredients as well as a running cost per assembled unit. After uploading the file to the correct location, I next clicked on IMPORT IIF FILES in the 'set up products' section. Things dont import so smoothly and when I go to the section 'match products' none of my assemblies are listed. Only the raw ingredients (which are items themselves) and some product groups are listed. None of my assemblies appear. Can Item Assemblies be used or not??? If so, what am I doing wrong. Thank you very much for the help.

Rob123
I don't have a "IMPORT IIF FILES" button. Did you install a contribution? If so, which one? Are you using plain vanilla osCommerce or a "loaded" version? Robert
krgkrgkrg
It is "QBI Quickbooks Import version 1.00". The web designer/host has installed it on "E-Commerce Engine Copyright ? 2003 osCommerce". The QBI Quickbooks is loaded into what seems to be the catalog section. The import button is I mentioned prior is in the QBI Quickbooks section under the heading 'set up products'. Any other information you need?
