A Shah Posted February 10, 2005 Share Posted February 10, 2005 I'm having a few problems with the shipping module in the admin panel. Is it true that there should be a green and red button to activate & deactivate a shipping module. I do not appear to have this ? bobg7 Posted February 10, 2005 Share Posted February 10, 2005 No green/red lights, just click on the shipping type you want to use, click the install button if not already installed and click the edit button to configure it. In most if not all the stock modules there is a true/false option after it's installed. Bob G. A Shah Posted February 10, 2005 Author Share Posted February 10, 2005 Thanks Bob Just one more problem - I have installed a UK Royal Mail Contribution, but when I proceed to the checkout (in the shop) I get the following message: "Royal Mail - Sorry, this shipping option is not available for this order" I have ensured that the Royal Mail module is activated in the Shipping Module (in admin).
