rubygirl Posted February 10, 2005 Share Posted February 10, 2005 hey gang have a client who switched server from freebsd to plesk few weeks ago - several stores were moved it the transition and for whatever reason 1 of the stores that uses USPS shipping does not work- get the same error : United States Postal Service United States Postal Service An error occured with the USPS shipping calculations. If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner. i know on plesk there are 2 directories for files - all other sites are setup the same way and are working fine - just this one .... also tried the UPS module and it too had problems so it is most likely some type of config issue - anyone else successfully using USPS with PLESK? thanks for any help!!
