Guest Posted February 9, 2005 Share Posted February 9, 2005 I'm new to osCommerce and I have a question about the credit card option. How exactly does the money get to you, or how do you set it up to go straight into a bank account? We have the credit card module set up, along with paypal. I figured since paypal is the only thing that actually requires information (paypal account name) , i figured it would go straight to the paypal, or bank account. As you can see, i am an osNoob :) . I tried to order something from the website and it took the money out of my account, sent me the confirmation, etc. etc., the only thing it didnt do was get me my money, heh. I dont know whether the e-mail it sent my e-mail adress that i have set up for os had some type of information in it that i could use to get the money or not. bobg7 Posted February 9, 2005 Share Posted February 9, 2005 If you use the Credit Card module, you will need a stand alone credit card processor machine hooked into a processing company or bank. Your better off using something like PayPal or one of the other Credit Card services in the module. Installed Contributions: CCGV, Close Popup, Dynamic Meta Tags, Easy Populate, Froogle Data Feeder, Google Position, Infobox Header Entire Row, Live Support for OSC, PayPal Seal with CC images, Report_m Sales, Shop by Price Revised, SQL Updater, Who's Online Enhancement, Footer, GNA EP Assistant and still going. Could you guys give me an idea for that which processor I can use for my InterPay merchant account and how I integrate it with osCommerce? Thanks very much.
