Do you always get an error message that says to check with the store owner? Well here is the solution. Solution: OSCOMMERCE is considered to be a third party vendor and therefore will not work on the USPS testing server. You have to call 1-800-344-7779 and have it moved to the production server. Before you can do this, you should have already registered and received a unique username and password through email.
