Hi

i have an installation where some customers are getting logged off when they try to add a product to their cart. The sessions are being handled in the database. It is not with all customers. I have tried test cases here turning off cookies in the browser and upping the security settings so as to try to reproduce the case. Would this be a firewall issue i wonder at te customer end.

Cheers and good morning.

Do you have the "Check IP Address" enabled in the Admin/Configuration/Sessions panel, this will cause problems if your customers are using a proxy?
