Visitors_Trace shows I have a new customer?

I was going through my visitors history and I found an entry that shows the customer went through my store, apparently created an account and got to checkout confirmation.

 

However, there is no record of having a new customer in the admin let alone a record of having a new order.

 

Anybody have any idea what this is about and/or what I could do to investigate it further? Where I could look in phpmyadmin for example?

 

The duration given for the session with visitors trace is 00:00:00. Here is the exact trace information:
