Opent my browser and went to: www.mydomain.com/catalog/install I started the installation... Set both options: Import Catalog Database & Automatic Configuration Okay, this is where the trouble begins... Database Server: 12.34.56.78 (My host ip adress) Username: user01 (My username) Password: mypass01 (My password) Databasename: domain_nl_-_shop Persistent Connections: NO Session Storage: Database Clicked on Continue and this is what it say: New Installation Database Import A test connection made to the database was NOT successful. The error message returned is: Access denied for user: 'user01@dutch28.digitalus.nl' (Using password: YES) Please click on the Back button below to review your database server settings. If you require help with your database server settings, please consult your hosting company. ------------------------------------------- I know FOR SURE the host-IP, username, password and databasename are correct...
