Missing Modules (NOT THE USUAL)

help. Everything works fine "localhost". I just got my store uploaded and installed on my hosted site. Originally, I had an issue with all 3 modules (Payment, Shipping, and Order Total) missing in Admin. I did hours and hours of research on this and finally REINSTALLED from the host server.

This updated my two configure.php files and then I could see ALL the Payment entries, installed or not, in the Admin tool...BUT I still can't see my Shipping and Order Total entries. I get the typical:

"Module Directory: /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/stopstickers.com/httpdocs/catalog/includes/modules/shipping/" with no OSC standard options like UPS, USPS, flat rate, etc...just the INSTALL button, which does nothing. Same with the Order Total Module.

***After comparing my localhost database to my hosted database, I noticed that a few of the fields from the CONFIGURATION table did not export/import:

configuration_value = '' where configuration_key = 'MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_INSTALLED' or 'MODULE_SHIPPING_INSTALLED'.

conversely,

configuration_value = 'cod.php;paypal.php' where configuration_key = 'MODULE_PAYMENT_INSTALLED'

I think that I lost the some of the original table data that is preventing the display of the "canned" (typical) OSC entries for those two modules.

Any suggestions? I have been working on this issue for 3 days straight now...I am tired!!! help.

P.S. Pretty please don't say that it is a configure.php setting...I have read and read every post about it and I "think" that it is okay, since I can see my Payment Module.

I finally figured it out. It was an FTP issue. The catalog/includes/modules/* directories and files were corrupted by timed-out FTP... Son of a gun!!! All is well now!!!!
