installation error in FIRST STEP help appreciated

Hello, I am trying to install the daily cvs stable version for download... but I'm stuck in the very very first step!

The thing is I've changed my whole system around and I don't know what's responsible for the errors!

 

here's the following:

 

Windows XP home edition

Apache 2.051

php 5.03

Mysql 5.01

and today's download of oscommerce...

I placed all stuf under catalog under a dir called /shop/ and I then placed /admin under /shop/ (/shop/admin)

 

Then I went to http://www.healthoffice.us/shop/ and I get the following error if you check please...
