2checkout error not found anywhere on osc forums

When you checkout on my site by 2checkout it will take you to 2checkout's page and allow you to enter in all your information. But when you click to confirm the payment it states:

 

Prohibited

Sorry, your order is not allowed as specified.

This sale has been rejected.

 

There's nothing about this on the osc forums and there was exactly one hit on the net with google of somebody else who had this problem but the answer was not posted with his question.

 

I have already installed the fix for 2checkout to use in the 2checkout version 2.

 

Any ideas?
