Help! Store is live and 2 big problem!

I am having 2 major problems that I need help with if someone might know what is going wrong.

 

1. As soon as someone puts something into the shopping cart at any quantity, it is automatically defaulting to quantity 1 at check and no matter how many times that is changed, it keeps defaulting back. I have a contribution installed for viewing products in columns rather than the default and I think there may be a problem with that but I'm not sure. I don't even know where to start to look...

 

2. I need to add a line in the checkout process that requests the CVC code from the back of their credit card. does anyone know how to add a line like that to the form?

I had the same problem. When the customer checks out there are 3 buttons. One reads update quanity. If they do not hit that button the quanity will default back to 1. I went into the script and added in the box for people ordering more than 1 item to please click update quanity. Later today I will try to find where in the site you can do this.

Bob, you are a LIFESAVER!!!! Oh my gosh, i was so worried something major was wrong. WHEW!! Thanks a million for pointing that out, I was about to go in and make a bunch of changes, but that worked!
