Postage Rate

Hi all:

 

I have a question about something on the delivery information page of my catalog. In the box for Shipping Method it says Table Rate and under that it says Best Way. I would like to change the text Table Rate to simply say Rate. I would also like for it to NOT say best way. I'm unsure where to change this and how.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
