Changing page headings

Hi,

 

I've searched the board and had a look through the documentation but can't find anything that tells me how I can edit the page headings such as "Let's see what we have here" and "What's new here?"

 

How do I edit these?

it is in the ../ languages/english.index.php file

 

 

They are red letters. After you read a bit you will find it.
