warrenize Posted February 4, 2005 Posted February 4, 2005 I'm a complete newbie to osCommerce, so any guidance will help. My client wishes to use his host's version of osC. Does anyone know if addons can be installed to a default install of osC? In short, we wish to be able to give x% discount on any sale above $xx. Furthermore, we want to also be able to include a free item when $xx. has been reached. thanks, warren

You can find it in the includes/application_top.php file. Some hosts are using very old versions of osC in their installs and while you can use them adding contributions may be an issue. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
