How to add an address book entry as text into an a

Hi, If there is anyone ou there who can help me?

I would like to offer my customers the opportunity to send each item in their basket to a different shipping address, my idea is to create a text attribute from Chandra's option type feature v1.7, with "Alt Del Address" sort of title, but it would be awesome if i could get the text in teh box to be called from teh address book, ie. the customer clicks on "address Book" from the product info page, selects an address and it enters into the text box, I know of two contribs for mult shipping addresses but one is buggy and the other makes ordering complicated, any help or advice would be appreciated!
