Zone Rates - Shipping Table Limits

My shop ships free to the UK, and by TNT to the rest of the world. TNT break the world into 4 zones, so I'm using "Zone Based Rates" for shipping with 5 zones: -

Zone 1 : UK - Free Shipping

Zone 2 : Charged as per TNT Zone 1

Zone 3 : Charged as per TNT Zone 2

Zone 4 : Charged as per TNT Zone 3

Zone 5 : Charged as per TNT Zone 4

Product weights vary between 0.5 Kgs and 10 Kgs, ideally I want to build the Shipping Tables to allow for up to 100 Kgs total order weight (quite possible, as I regularly sell to trade who order in quantities).

BUT, the "Zone Countries" and "Zone Shipping Table" entries are limited by 255 characters, thus my Zone 2 looks like this: -

Zone 2 Countries
BE,IE,LU,NL

Zone 2 Shipping Table
1:18.75,2:19.55,3:20.35,4:21.15,5:21.95,6:22.75,7:23.55,8:24.35,9:25.15,10:25.95,11:26.75,12:27.55,13:28.35,14:29.15,15:29.95,16:30.75,17:31.55,18:32.35,19:33.15,20:33.95,21:34.75,22:35.55,23:36.35,24:37.15,25:37.95,26:38.75,27:39.55,999:300.00

Zone 2 Handling Fee
0

The countries is fine, but the 255 character limit only allows me to enter up to 27 Kgs (The 999 is a ceiling limit) which is, really, no good.

TNT Zone 4 (my zone 5) has many countries, the total list was around 500 characters, but I got around this by splitting this into 2 zones (the first half are my Zone 5, the second my Zone 6) both with the same rates. But I still have the Shipping Table limit problem (it exists for all zones except Zone 1, the UK, which is free regardless of weight).

I hope I've made this clear enough, I have a tendancy to ramble, sorry!

Is there any way around this? I thought of rounding the prices upwards to the nearest whole number (i.e. 1:19,2:20,3:21,5:22 etc.) but this will still only allow me up to around 50 Kgs, still only half of what I need :(
