♥Vger Posted February 3, 2005 Share Posted February 3, 2005 I think this has something to do with information included in the outgoing e-mail. If I remember correctly others who had this problem tracked it down to an entry for STORE_OWNER being used to call in the name of the store from the database. This was seen by anti-spam programmes as being mail which was being relayed or spoofed, and so was getting rejected by the receivers ISP. I can't remember all the details or the solution, but if you do a search for STORE_OWNER you may be able to track down the thread and the solution.
