I would contact them and see what your choices are. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right?? We have disabled it due to news of it being vulnerable that could expose server security issue. Your hosting company has disabled the one you were using because they believe it could be misused by spammers. They won't change their mind about this.
