webduck123 Posted January 26, 2005 Share Posted January 26, 2005 I've got a recent issue with records being transposed to one another when the checkout occurns very close...within a minute or two apart. It's only happened three times out of 3,000+ transaction so overall it's not a major issue. Is anyone aware of any possible osCommerce issue where data can get transposed from one transaction to the next during checkout? Fortunately the credit card information has processed correctly. It's just been when the customer receives the order... on three occassions the contact billing information was incorrect. Thank you in advance for taking the time to respond to my inquiry.
