1016 - Can't open file

I have a website www.topbikes.org.uk which has been running fine for 4 months but now when you attempt to go to the ecommerrse page http://www.topbikes.org.uk/catalog/index.php?cPath=21 it comes up with the following message.

 

1016 - Can't open file: 'sessions.MYI'. (errno: 145)

 

select value from sessions where sesskey = 'fe1a16644ad4c0388b81c4ffe2695942' and expiry > '1106724184'

 

[TEP STOP]

 

 

 

Can anyone suggest what has gone wrong and how ican fix it, please if you can be as little techo as possible I am a 61 year old grandad.
