airolg Posted January 25, 2005 Share Posted January 25, 2005 The Affiliate program is just sitting there and I thought I'd begin offering it. Is there a how-to somewhere? The knowledge base doesn't cover it, so I suspect it's a contribution. Do you have to offer banners? Can I use only text links? It appears that all I have to do is make the infobox go live to make it available, change any text that's pertinent only to my store and away I go??? It defaults to 10% (as in the configs), however, I signed up to be my own affiliate and noticed there is a place to edit the percentage for each affiliate and it isn't showing that 10%. Should I always remember to go into each affiliate to correct it? Would anyone like to share with me their sites that have an affiliate program running so I take a peek???
