jdessel Posted January 25, 2005 Share Posted January 25, 2005 Hi, I'm looking at PayNet Systems for a merchant account and was wondering if anyone here has used them. I filled out a contact form online and had the app sent to me via email, and they are very aggressive in their follow up which may be good or may be off-putting, I haven't decided yet. But even if you don't use them, I'd love to hear about some experiences with merchant accounts both good and bad. I'm a small home business right now, it's just me at the moment, so I'm looking for a nice fit for me. And I don't want long-term contracts! I almost signed up with one service (I only had one piece of ID left to fax to them) which were signing me up for a three-year contract without telling me somehow. I would have had to pay a fortune to end the contract. Well, anyway, I'd love to hear what everyone's happy with and not so happy with and why. Thanks.
