Hi Leslie

 

I have the same problem, but no white space after the end in checkout_process.php . What can then be the problem?

 

I have tried for hours now.

 

And also the print invoice button does not work. Any solutions?

 

Thank you. hope you can help.

Get rid of the white space in all of the contribs files.

Hi coopco.

 

I actually does not work. I couldnt find any spaces in the files, so maybe it is another issue?

What else could it be?

 

Maybe if someone could send their files to me, so i am sure that there are no white spaces?

Very strange, I found almost every file in the contrib had white space AT THE END OF THE FILE.

 

Well, maybe you didn't upload all of the files?

 

I am still working on mine, the email is not good in outlook 2007.

okay, im using these files:

Fancier_invoice_6.2_Fixed_2007 cyclopes 7 Apr 2007

 

USE THIS :)

 

Fixed some bugs_ Full Pack.

Cylopes.

 

 

And then i took danish language from:

Fancier Invoice & Packingslip v6.2

 

Maybe that is not a good idea. Maybe i should use Fancier Invoice & Packingslip v6.2 only, and installe that?

 

Could that be the problem, that i have mixed files from them?

The info is called white space and if your text editor shows line numbers, the will be a line number after the final ?>

Get rid of the white space, then you can work on the other errors.

 

I removed all the white space lines after the final ?> in every file that was changed or added with this contributiion. But there is no difference. After customer hits the confirm my shop stops working. The customer gets a blank (white) screen. The checkout succes php is never reached and there is no email sent. I do hope someone has the solution for the problem.

 

I can post more php if someone want to check my files. Thanks in advance.

Ok, at least you have a good starting point.

 

Do you get any error messages?

Did you upload all of the files?

Can I have a look at your site?

Same problem with mine.

 

No error just white screen and no email sent.

 

Wierd we have the same problem.

 

could it be a problem with the hosting company?

No.

 

Also forgot to add to ensure that your directories do not have capital letters.

yes the invoice and packing slip in admin show the new lay-out. Also customers see the new invoice lay-out even the print my invoice works.

I think that that may narrow it down (I think, not knowing anything). Can you post your catalog/checkout_process.php page?

I hope the post of the file checkout_process.php helped.

 

It is doubtful that I can offer further support on this thread.

 

Given the results of the look of the order email in outlook 2007, it is doubtful that I want to continue with this contribution.

 

I have not even looked at getting it compatible with paypal ipn yet.

 

Is there another alternative?

Well, my guess would be checkout_process.php I still have a feeling that there was a silly error in in one of the files, but as I was doing 3 contribs, I just can't remember.

$new_mail_subject = EMAIL_TEXT_SUBJECT . ' - ' . EMAIL_TEXT_ORDER_NUMBER2 . ' ' . $insert_id;

 

This line is not accounted for by the contrib or the original osc file. Maybe try commenting it out.
