Blank screen after installation successful

Hello all,

 

I've been trying to install osCommerce on my web server, and everything seems to work fine (installation wise). The problem is that after I get the installation successful message, I get two links. One to the web site and the other to the administration tools. Both links open up a separate browser, but they're both blank screens.

 

Has anyone seen this before? Can anyone provide any insight so that I have a better idea of what's going on?
