Our site is live and we've had a few sales from it but 1 out of every 10 customers are reporting problems viewing the images (images for them are showing as red "x's") and we can not duplicate the problem. We've checked our site on at least 6 different servers, several different computers, and still no luck in getting the problem to show (we've even involved one of our server techs and he is having the same problem as we are) . We feel like it's the users' firewalls that are causing the problems but most everyone that complains, state that they do not have problems with other sites so we are at a loss. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how have you fixed it? We are a very new small business and these loss of customers are a big deal to us, it is either causing more work and/or we are loosing sales. Thanks! Donna webmistress VerySinful.com
