So basically if i go to www.mysite.com/catalog/admin.php or whatever everybody has access, how do i change it so its username and password access? Cheers Nick
Guest Posted January 25, 2005 Posted January 25, 2005 OSC MS2.2 has no administration security. There are several contributions that will help you or you can use .htpasswd :)

Nick <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The easiest solution is to look in your hosting control panel and see if you have a tool to password protect your folders. If you have cpanel you do and others do also. If not then the next choice would probably be one of the contributions. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
