geoffwin Posted January 30, 2005 Posted January 30, 2005 the package tare weight is added to the total product weight, best to set this to zero as it can distort the final calculated weight (unless perhaps you have a uniform product and packaging ) I set mine to zero and make a mental adjustment to my product description that takes in account the packaging weight.
