Changing infoboxes

I'd like to add a border around the infoboxes, possibly just the 'topper's'..I'm not seeing it in the stylesheets or the infoboxes I've look at. Anyone know where this is located at? If you know how it should be done that's great, but I'd settle for just where it's located at. I might want to change those to graphics instead of just filled background someday also.
