shuweee Posted January 24, 2005 Share Posted January 24, 2005 paypal ipn is the current payment solution im using until i get others setup. but i was wondering, as a merchant i'm sure we all have headache dealing with fraud so when a customer submit a order through using paypal, do they verify the shipping address against cc billing address ? if not, would the information be available on paypal for me to verify that against the shipping address that customer provide ?
