WCCT Posted January 24, 2005 Posted January 24, 2005 I can't log into my admin control panel anymore. I can get to my host c-panel, but all of the sudden it seems like my password got changed or something. Please help. I had a guy set up the site for me, and he doesn't know what to do either. Please help.

The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
WCCT Posted January 24, 2005 Author Posted January 24, 2005 I tried that, but it will only work for the host c-panel.

It will be called web protect or something similar. If you have cpanel you do have the needed link to protect your admin. This will only work if that is how the password was setup initially though you can remove the current method and change over. Do you have any idea how the admin protection was setup initially??
