daddyzhome Posted January 24, 2005 Posted January 24, 2005 I'll try and explain this the best I can. I sell movies, and I have the attributes set for either VHS or DVD. There is a $5 price difference in the two formats. How can I make sure that the person buying a movie saw the drop down box to select the correct format? I'd like to have the box blank, with the VHS and DVD options available. If they don't drop the box down and select one, they get a prompt telling them they need to select a format. Can this be done? I ask because I had someone order a bunch of VHS tapes, and he says he wanted DVD's. He never saw the drop down box that was preset to VHS. Thanks.
