Editing Index.php

Hello!

I am using OSCommerce on Future Data Systems Online Store.

 

I want to modify the HTML design (Embed a flash object).

I called the file index.php.

 

Everything works, with the exception of the Categories and the Memeber Login?

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

 

How can I add simple HTML tags without messing the index.php file up?
