How to edit gif images of categories?

Hello....I've created a new category in my oscommerce and now I want to edit the little gif clipart in the top right corner of the category.

 

Question: how do I change it, and which file should I look for in order to change anything on category pages for that matter?

 

 

...and while I'm here: how can I change the colour of the whole thing...theme etc?

In your admin->catalog->categories/products just edit the folder representing the category and then using the browse button choose your new .gif image from your local pc and hit the save button.
