E-mail failures when users mailbox is on server

I'm having a problem with the 'contact us' form and when orders are to be e-mailed to the store owners.

 

The e-mail address I want everything sent to is '[email protected]'. That e-mail address is on the same server as my oscommerce site. '[email protected]' is a mailbox on that server and its suppose to forward any e-mails that hit that address to 3 other e-mail address on the another server in the outside world.

 

Here is the error message I get when mail is sent from OSCommerce to '[email protected]'

This e-mail address works fine ( [email protected] ) because if I send e-mail to it all three recipeints recieve it just fine.

 

My server is running Linux Red Hat v9 with Apache 2. I should also make note that whenever I put an e-mail address in that is NOT located on that same server, I recieve all e-mails just fine. I've tried changing the E-mail Options under Configuration from 'sendmail' and 'LF' to 'smtp' and 'crlf' with no avail.

 

Any help is GREATLY appreciated! :)
