Add to Cart sends me to advanced_search

Ive been customizing my shopping cart pretty extensively, and having an issue where clicking Add to Cart from the product_info page to Advanced Search.

This also happens when I click the Update button.

 

Anyone have a fix or a reason why this is happening?

Fixed it.

Deleted the ending </form> tag in the Quick Search box.
