schlegk Posted January 23, 2005 Posted January 23, 2005 This is an excellent tool! It installed easily, even for a newbie like myself. The only problem I am having is getting generating the Recover Cart Sales e-mail. I have tried sending test mails to myself, but I never receive them. Next to my name in the report it says (Customer). Does this mean I am currently still logged on somehow and is this why the emails are not being sent? Please help!
