Sign Up - Successful, BUT error on site

Just testing setting new accounts, by signing some of my spare email addresses

 

Although, its successful (the email comes through and the system believes its registered), the next page to come up has an error message:

 

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/sites/web-lynx.co.uk/public_html/shopping/includes/languages/english/create_account.php:2) in /home/sites/web-lynx.co.uk/public_html/shopping/includes/functions/general.php on line 29

 

I believe this is related to my permissions ?

 

Is there a permission on a specific file I might have got wrong?

 

Any pointers / help, would be gratefully welcomed!
