HELP!! How to set INVOICE LOGO size?

HI There

I am wanting to use the feature in the admin tool which helps "set out" and invoice for an order, I obviously want to replace the OSCOMMERCE logo with my own

 

I managed to find the OSCOMMERCE gif and made my own and named it same, but the SIZE of the image is really tiny

 

Where and how do I alter the size (I mean which file has the include to alter the settings :'( )
