The Criteria Posted January 23, 2005 Posted January 23, 2005 Hello all, I have read *MANY* posts on images, resizing them, thumbnails, set image height to '0' or '1', or '100', or leave blank, enable image calculation or "oh no don't do that", of course the classic "size doesn't matter" (sure it doesn't :-" ) and the list goes on and I have yet to figure this one out. Let me explain: I would like to use thumbnails, description, and pop up images. I have uploaded "on the fly". Now where do I go from here? Do I upload "Automatic Thumbnail Creator v1.0"? Do I make two different size images. Is there an automated way to accomplish all three image sizes from one image? Would I have to configure the admin-> configuration -> images thingie. If so, would I save it as the thumbnail, the "standard" size, or should I forget the whole thing and resize them in photoshop and do it that way? I plan to have a minimum of 700 products, some with different sized and shaped images than otheres when the store goes live and I was just interested in the best way to accomplish the task with the many variables I am facing. You guys have been great and I hope someone can save the kid once again :rolleyes: "And fear the day when ye shall be brought back to Allah.
