I installed the "Shipping Zone Addon" and want to use it with two zones, one for the US and Canada the other one for the rest of the world.

 

I can't seem to find a way to use this contrib to charge shipping by the total cost of the order.

 

Is there a way to alter this mod or can anyone suggest one that would work for me?
