uploading

Hi,

 

I have just download from Contributions new buttons and a new template to my computer, know i would like to install them on to my site.

 

What would be the best way of doing this, eg deleting in the files manager/?/?/? then uploading the new ones, or going to everyone eg login logo and copy and paste the new style.

 

As you can see i am a total novice.
