In other words, not calculated by the shipping module. For example: Item One Shipping Options Internet Download $0.00 US Mail or UPS Ground $8.00 Item Two Shipping Options UPS Ground $12.00 UPS 2-Day $32.00 UPS Next Day $55.00 Item Three Shipping Options UPS Ground $20.00 UPS 2-Day $45.00 UPS Next Day $72.00 Quote
