Email amend

I want the email confirmation that is sent to customers to be tidier, and maybe with a few images. Is there a contrib that anyone has used that would be a fairly easy install with a new and 'professional' look to the emails sent out?

 

Ideally, I want to put the logo, and have the receipt look much like the admin invoice? is this possible or even advisable.
