Empty Cart but Shipping Added

Hi there,

 

I have installed a good few mods to my installation with everything working fine. I have searched the contribution site, thus forum and also knowledge base without success and am hoping someone has a solution which must bequite common.

 

If a user accesses their account with no products in cart and they click to checkout, my current installation is recognizing that the cart weight is less than 1kg due to being empty and is thus charging the lowest shipping rate which can be passed onto the payment processor.

 

Is there any workaround for this problem?

 

Also, I haven't found contribution that prevent a maximum number of products being added. If anyone knows of a mod, I would be greatly appreciative.

Hi,

 

I managed to resolve the minimum cart contents to allow checkout. The only issue I still have outstanding is related to limiting the number a a single item that can be ordered.

 

If anyone is aware of a way, please let me know.
