NEW Catalog/ Product Images are not added

Each time I am trying to add an image with full URL to a New Category OR New Products OR New Manufacturers section, it does NOT display the image.

 

For example:

 

Category Image:http://www.mydomain.com/images/stars_1.gif

Products Image:http://www.mydomain.com/images/stars_1.gif

Manufacturers Image:http://www.mydomain.com/images/stars_1.gif

 

 

Why iare'nt the IMAGES Showing in the New Category or New Products OR New Manufacturers section.

 

Please HELP ASAP.
