Define Attributes for different manufacturers

I?m building a shop for language courses and related services (mainly accommodation and extra activities) As I?m working for a wide network of independent language schools and they have not the same standards for prices, requirements and so on, I would like to customize the shop according to these requirements. Maybe someone can help me to do it.

 

Until now I have modified the definition for ?quantity? and changed it in ?weeks?, so that the customers can book the number of weeks they wish. I have also installed price-break-1.11.2_1, in order to offer discounts when booking more weeks and attrib_sort_v1.11 to get the option values ordered.

 

Now I would like to begin with some more changes:

 

The first idea would be to make that the attributes are ?manufacturer? (now called ?Schools?) associated. I mean, would it be possible to administrate the attributes and options from the ?catalog/manufacturers? page (in admin)? This way I could define different attributes for each language school. For instance, the courses in one school are divided in 6 levels and in another one in 8, and they have different names too. Or the accommodation options in Granada are different as in Berlin and have different prices too.

 

And still another point: How can I fix a minimum of weeks to book? Normally the schools don?t sell a single week, but all the courses begin with 2 weeks. I have tried to use price break for this but then the student can?t book for 3 or 5 weeks, for instance.

Ande still another question :-" I have a problem with some services like accommodation. I want to offer each accommodation modality as a different product, so that I can put a description and a picture and explain the differnt options within this modality: Host family (single room, half board, full board, etc. )The problem is that I don't want to sell this "product" alone, it should be available only in combination with a language course. How can i do it?
