Well this is a bit of a dozy.

 

Trying to go live atm. I?m in the final stages of the site but i stumbled across a problem.

When a customer places an order the emails are sent however the order cant be seen in admin. If you type the order number manually they appear but it will not display pending , ordered and delivered..

I have checked the db for errors and none are found. i have restored to an old one and it works. I removed every order and customer form the db and started again but the problem still exists. I?m realty stuck. I tried the few other post about replacing a few files but that dosnt work either. Tis has to be a DB prob, has any one got around this problem . any suggestions would be tops . Its got me beat

Well this is a trap for young players

ive fixed the prob.

 

im using the BSB contrib for australian users.

 

it would appear that even though i had the default setting for orders its did not realise that pending was the default for orders. after changing that setting in the payment contrib it now works.

 

Beers make the mind work wonders. i always work best half cut LOL

I have the same problem, where is this payment contrib?

Only payment part in admin pages I can find is for the modules and all there is there is a install button that dosn't do anything.

The orders are in the database and if I enter the orderID I can view it but I need to be able to list orders also or it will be kind of hard to administer orders :D

 

I also changed the status to delivered on one of the orders but I still can't get it to list it when I choose delivered status in orders.php :(

Hello,

 

My CEO placed an order for a complete system for a family member today. After

clicking confirm order, osCommerce returned him to the Enter Credit Card

information Page. When I checked the orders in admin, the order had not been processed.

placed. The interesting thing is that the order was processed fine by the LinkPoint Gateway. OsCommerce just didn’t process the order when the Confirm Order button was clicked on. I have contacted LinkPoint's Support and because the order was processed to the LinkPoint Connect Website, they can’t help me because they are not trained in OsCommerce. Any Idea why it would return back to the Credit Card information? The Module is from the Contributions page.

Hi Rafael,

 

Was this something your developer had to install? I've just had this issue happen AGAIN, and it is very frustrating, plus unprofessional to have to ask the buyer what they bought. UGH.
