I can't seem to upload the file as the following msg appears on the top: Error: I can not write to this directory. If you're trying to edit your languages/english/index.php folder, you have to have an FTP Program such as "File Zilla", where you can chage the CHMOD attributes (of index.php) to 777 temporarily while changing the languages in the "admin panel". After you make your changes, redirect the CHMOD properties of the index.php back to the original settings. You can get "FileZilla" for free from http://www.download.com . Hope this helps.
